Hazel's First Birthday One-der the Sea We got no troubles, life is the bubbles, one-der the sea! Hazel’s first birthday was the perfect debut of Happy Play Buffalo! I picked an under the sea theme because at the time Hazel was obsessed with the aquarium and her octopus stuffed animal. While we didn’t have live sea creatures at the party, I brought the theme to life through the decor. I’ll share all of the DIY projects we did and if you’re in Buffalo, I’ve shared the vendors we used to bring the party together!
