  • How long are your rentals for?

    Our rentals are typically for 4 hours.

  • How does delivery work?

    We deliver, set up, and break down the play area for you. Our set up and removal of the equipment will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour; this is not included in your booked time. Please take this into account when booking venue times. We require easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Transportation fees may be applicable based on the package you select and the distance to your event.

  • What if I want to rent your packages, but have limited space?

    No problem! We can create a package to fit your space - just tell us the size constraint, and we will make it work!

  • What types of payments are acceptable?

    We accept Venmo (@happyplaybuffalo), Cash and Debit/Credit cards.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes. However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that there is responsible adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them. A liability waiver will need to be signed along with the contract.


    Once we set up the play area and we leave, the client becomes liable for any injury or damage to our equipment.

  • When is the total balance due?

    The total balance is due the week of the event. At 1 day prior to the event if the balance has not been paid, your event will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. We will reach out to you the week prior to your event to inform you of the remaining balance and set up set up/pick up times.

  • What is your rain/weather condition policy?

    If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume all weather-related risks. However, if it should rain, we will work with you on a solution suitable to all parties. If you are not able to hold your party indoors, we will rebook your event upon availability on our schedule.


    Once the equipment is set up and your event time has started a refund WILL NOT be issued.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 1 weeks notice for cancellation. Any cancellation made less than a week prior to the event will not be refunded their deposit.
